Handlon Correctional Facility (MTU) - Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade Schedule goal is to begin construction in 2025 Project Address (if Applicable) 1728 W Bluewater Highway, Ionia, Mi 48846 REFERENCE STANDARDS: This project will comply with all codes, standards, regulations, and workers' safety rules that are administered by federal agencies (EPA, OSHA, and DOT), state agencies (DHHS, EGLE, DNR, and MIOSHA), and any other local regulations and standards that may apply. Design services for the replacement of the primary electrical switchgear within the administration building at Handlon Correctional Facility. There will be a need for an initial phase 100 study of the medium voltage cabling and switches. Pending the results of this study, there will be a need for phase 500, 600, and 700 services for the development of bidding and construction documents, and construction administration services.
