The scope of work includes but is not limited to, building infrastructure such as foundation, slab, ramp, sidewalk, ADA accessibility, utility connections, excavation, PG&E coordination, vendor coordination, traffic control services, and inspection coordination. It's important to note that this is a publicly funded project, so it must comply with prevailing wage regulations. As of August 13, 2025, due to insufficient funding, it has been postponed. A construction timeline has not been established.
