Architectural & Engineering Design Services - San Benito County Old Courthouse Questions Must Be Submitted Electronically at online. The San Benito County Old Courthouse is located at 440 Fifth Street, Hollister, CA 95023. The building consists of two floors with a total of approximately 24,600 square feet (SF). The selected firm will design a project and bid package to remodel the entire building, to house four departments. The following three departments will be located on the second floor: Assessor, Treasurer-Tax Collector, and Information Technology. The County Library also will be located on the second floor temporarily, until the construction of the Library is finished. The Clerk-Recorder-Elections Department will be located on the first floor. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
