All Bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Snow Removal Services as needed SCOPE OF WORK includes: provide snow removal services during snow events on an on-call basis for the following: Clearing of snow from sidewalks sur- rounding parks; Application of salt/sand to sidewalks surrounding parks. The successful bidder will be required to provide by insurance for the payment of compensation and the furnishing of other benefits under the Workmens Compensation Law, General Laws (Ter.Ed.), chapter 152, to all persons to be employed under the contract, and sufficient proof of compliance with the foregoing stipulation will be required before commencing performance of this contract.
