DCP - Monson Campus - Multiple Building Demolition, Monson, MA. This Project includes abatement and demolition of 19 buildings and structures on the campus of Monson State Hospital, as well as selective abatement, demolition, roof patching and securement at two structures known as the Steam Plant and Warehouse. The buildings shall be abated of hazardous materials and demolished or removed as bulk waste under Non-Traditional Work Plans. The Category of Work is General Building Construction or Demolition. Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for no less than the bid price, plus all add alternates, if applicable. Estimated Cost $6,659,378. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Restricted solicitation. Only invited vendors can participate.
