Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Lane County will receive proposals from qualified A&E and Related Services consultants for engineering design and related services for the following request for proposals (RFP): 30th Ave Active Transportation Corridor Design (Lane County) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The project will design a protected multi-use path along the south side of E 30th Ave, a multilane roundabout at the intersection of E 30th Ave and Eldon Schafer Dr, center turn lanes as feasible, new lane alignments throughout the corridor, ITS solutions at potential high-conflict points, bus stops, and pavement rehabilitation. The consultant work will also include environmental studies to support NEPA determination, and will support grant applications for final design and construction funding. Design shall be based on the existing design concept (except that Gonyea Rd will be designed by Agency staff). The draft Statement of Work is written for 60% design. Estimated cost of the associated project construction: $26M Estimated range of costs for the A&E and Related Services required under this RFP: $850,000 to $900,000
