Reference Number 0000365755 Iconergy, Ltd ("Design-Builder") is submitting a proposal to replace water meters in the Town of Breckenridge Colorado ("Owner"). It is the Town's preference to replace the existing water metering system with an AMI metering system. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit proposals from interested companies ("Contractor") providing a turnkey water meter replacement with data transmission system with full AMI capabilities. It is expected that the Contractor will be involved with the project through commissioning to ensure that their system is completely integrated. This project will carry a 20-year warranty and all costs associated with procuring equipment, developing implementation schedules, replacing meters, coordinating work with the Town of Breckenridge and its homeowners, filing any required permits, commissioning and testing the system, providing training, and "updating the system" including updating software or hardware for the term of the agreement must be included in pricing.
