This project is located in the southern portion of the Town of Breckenridge, Colorado. The purpose of this project is to replace and improve the Broken Lance Drive roadway and drainage from White Cloud Drive to the Broken Lance Drive/Broken Lance Drive intersection, replace the culvert crossing over the Blue River, install a seepage diversion trench along the west side of roadway, and replace the waterline along the same stretch of road. The Town of Breckenridge desires to contract with a reputable experienced contractor for Construction Management General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Broken Lance Drive Improvements Project. The Broken Lance Drive Improvements Project will upgrade aging infrastructure and improve pavement conditions along Broken Lance Drive from the intersection of White Cloud Drive to the Broken Lance Drive - Broken Lance Drive intersection.
