Renovation of an educational facility in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Deadline 04/15/2025 at 4:00 PM CT The project consists of approximately 16,000 square foot Misc. interior renovations at classroom areas and bathroom groups. Each bidder must accompany his Proposal with a Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to the Owner as a guarantee of prompt execution of the Contract in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Documents, and that he will furnish bond acceptable to the Owner covering performance and payment of the Contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a "Performance Bond" and "Labor and Materials Payment Bond" each in the full amount of the contract by a surety (or sureties) approved by the Owner. All costs associated with obtaining the appropriate bonds shall be included in lump sum bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to accept any quote/bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. In the event the proposal of the lowest responsible bidder exceeds available funds for the project, the Owner may request additional alternates to reduce the total cost of the project to an amount acceptable to the Owner.
