A. All Contractors are required to complete all work in accordance with the Schedule issued as a part of these Contract Documents. Bidders shall include in their price all overtime, material/equipment fabrication or procurement time, worker delays, on-site coordination, interfacing with other Contractors and all other factors necessary to adhere to this schedule. B. This schedule is intended to provide general timeline for critical dates of the project along with durations allotted for each trade. The exact dates are subject to change, however durations will be expected to adhere to this schedule. C. Substantial Completion shall be completed no later than August 15, 2026. D. Project schedule start dates are subject to change pending permit approval. Contractors will start as soon as directed by the Construction Manager. The project consists of a New 60,000 square foot Activity Center and Misc. interior renovations at Science classrooms and bathroom groups. Each bidder must accompany his Proposal with a Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to the Owner as a guarantee of prompt execution of the Contract in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Documents, and that he will furnish bond acceptable to the Owner covering performance and payment of the Contract.
