The City of Warson Woods and the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) would like everyone to do their best to keep water flowing in our area, prevent water damage and help preserve the environment. There are a number of MSD storm water projects affecting Warson Woods. The City works with MSD in identifying, scheduling and prioritizing these projects. These projects have been funded through the Deer Creek Operations, Maintenance and Capital Improvement (OMCI) Fund, which Warson Woods residents and other residents in the Deer Creek watershed fund through their property taxes. These projects include: The City of Warson Woods, along with many other St. Louis County municipalities, is a Co-Permittee for the St. Louis Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit.
