The Project includes construction of a new influent flow control structure, interconnecting transfer structures, effluent outfall structure, effluent flow monitoring improvements, site piping, lagoon site work including berm maintenance, access drive improvements and site fencing, and all related work. Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office.
