Reference Number 0000365752 Delta Township is seeking bids for Apparatus Bay Trench Drain Replacement at the Delta Township Fire Station located at 811 N. Canal Road, Lansing MI, 48917. o Saw Cut around existing floor drains. o Remove all debris on grade and dispose of. o Install 10+ mil vaper barrier, drill and epoxy horizontal re-bar dowels into existing sawcut slab. o Install new 12" Zurn Traffic Rated Cast Iron trench drains. o 6 runs @ 82'6" L o Our new concrete around trench drains and match the existing concrete slab. o Caulk all expansion joints. o Total Lump Sum Price shall include all labor, materials, and disposal costs. Work must be completed by December 31, 2024. Delta Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in the bids or the process, or to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Township, will best serve the interest of the Township.
