As of November 19, 2024 this project was awarded to Property Revolution, LLC in the amount of $47,606.23 Furnish and install four (4) foot high galvanized commercial chain link fence There will be some coring in asphalt Include tension wire at the bottom of fence Include three (3) 10-foot double gates Include four (4) 3-foot-wide gates Posts will be set in concrete Overall length is approximately 1,700 feet Direct any and all questions regarding this RFP by email to John Piper piperj@glcomets.net. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount of not less than 5% of the total base Bid sum, pledging that the Bidder will enter into a Contract with Grand Ledge Public Schools under the terms state in the Bid Documents. Bid Bonds shall be issued by a bonding company meeting the requirements of Section 006113 Performance and Payment Bond. Bid security may also be in the form of a certified check made out to the School District. All bidders must indicate the cost of Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds covering 100% of the value of the Project. Do not include the cost of the Bonds in the Base Bid. Rights of Acceptance or Rejection The District reserves the right to reject Bids submitted without a signed Bid Signature Page. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole, or in part, and accept any Bid or portion of the Bid that, in their opinion, best serves the interests of the District.
