Site work and renovation of a civil project in Washington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work includes excavation and installation of new UV disinfection equipment and precast structures, gravity sewer main for connection to existing outfalls and effluent discharge, electrical work for UV system, additional site security fencing, rip-rap erosion protection and all other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The PWSD No. 1 of Franklin County anticipates issuing a notice to proceed in March 2025 The PWSD No. 1 of Franklin County hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The owner intends to award the contract to the most responsive, responsible bidder Submitting the lowest bid.
