Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Washington, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
2024 Earth Crest Extension - Bridge Project. The proposed project Scope of Work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, storm sewer, concrete pavement ,curb & gutter, sidewalk, single span 114 bridge and restoration. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2023 Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
