The proposed project Scope of Work includes clearing and grubbing, installation of 15 diameter sanitary sewer pipe and manholes with creek crossings. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Payment and performance bonds are not required for projects estimated to cost less than $50,000.00. Failure to have requested an addendum covering any questions affecting the interpretation of the plans and specifications shall not relieve the contractor from delivering the completed project in accordance with the intent of the plans and specifications to provide a workable project.
