**As of January 23, 2025 bids received were rejected and the City does not intend to reissue a competitive solicitation for City Hall Third Floor Air Handler Unit 3A Replacement and Demo of Solar Thermal System Project. Re-Bid City Hall 3rd Floor Air Handler Unit Installation The City of Tallahassee is seeking a Mechanical Contractor to serve as the prime contractor to replace the air handler with one Owner purchased AHU per attached plans. The Mechanical Contractor shall include and oversee the related electrical and TAB contracting work. The COT/Owner will pay for and contract with Certified Control Systems for all related controls' work. The City expects to make a single award to the lowest cost, responsible and responsive bidder.
