Renovation of a residential development in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The GLOUCESTER HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Window Replacement - Phase 1 at State Aided Development: Riverdale Park (200-1) in Gloucester, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by RICHARD ALVORD ARCHITECTS. The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of existing windows and storms with new Vinyl window systems for Single Hung and awning windows. Lintel Replacement at 11 locations along with brick masonry repairs and selective re-pointing. The work is estimated to cost $634,476.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. TRADES Masonry General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the GLOUCESTER HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. 1) Masonry - Homer Contracting - 39000 2) Painting - JB Cleaning and Painting - 43900
