Renovation of a municipal facility in Hilo, Hawaii. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Number: UHH-16106 The scope of work will include design and construction for the renovations of the horse barn facility including selective removal work, concrete rehabilitation, re-roofing and roof extension, painting, carpentry work, architectural finishes and all incidental related work. Replace all locksets with Salto electronic security key card system. The project is essential for the removal of backlog and provide adequate facilities to meet program needs. As of October 15, 2024, this project is in the planning phase. The owner is in the process of negotiating a fee with the consultant. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
