Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Springfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 5,200-square-foot municipal facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.

Prospective Bidders are invited to submit a sealed bid for the Demolition and Greening of Structure of 2622 Dayton-Springfield Rd., Springfield, OH 45506 for Clark County Land Reutilization Corporation, now available for RFP Attention of bidders is called to all requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the various insurance requirements, the Demolition and Disposal Plan, the requirement for Personal Property Tax Statement, and Non Collusion Affidavit. Please read the RFP package in its entirety. Your proposal must be made as per the RFP instructions, inclusive of all required documentation, and utilizing only the forms provided in the RFP documents, or on a copy thereof. Incomplete bids may be rejected. Question Deadline 10/24/2024 at 9:00 AM ET Questions may be submitted via email to Kara Van Zant, at kvanzant@clarkcountyohio.gov. Responses will be provided in writing to all bidders. Any and all such interpretations and/or supplemental instructions shall be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, shall be emailed with a read receipt requested to all prospective bidders (at the respective email addresses furnished for such purposes), three (3) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. All bids must be submitted to the Clark County Land Reutilization Corporation at the Clark County Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, OH 45505, in a sealed envelope. CCLRC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals; to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who in its consideration offers the lowest and best bid. The successful bidder, upon his/her failure or refusal to execute and deliver the contract required within ten (10) days after he/she has received notice of the acceptance of his/her bid, shall forfeit the right to a contract to the Project Manager, as liquidated damages for such failure or refusal. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" of the Project Manager and to fully complete the project within 30 consecutive calendar days thereafter, or no later than December 6, 2024, as stipulated in the specifications. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $150.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in Section 9 of the General Conditions.
