Site work for a water / sewer project in West Tisbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes cleaning, reconditioning, and repair of the well pump and motor and replacement of the well column and shaft assembly of the Manter Well (Well #3), located at Holmes Hole Road, Tisbury, MA, 02568, as specified in the Contract Documents. Proposals must include a price quote, estimated time to complete repairs, a signed form of non-collusion, certification of corporate vote (as appropriate), and certification of payment of state taxes. Pump replaced with a new Goulds 12 CHC 5 stage pump o Chesterton 442 Mechanical seal was rebuilt o US 150 HP Vertical Hollow Shaft electric motor was cleaned and inspected. o Motor bearings were replaced.
