The Town of Tisbury, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Vineyard Haven Public Library Addition & Renovation project in accordance with Contract Documents. The town is planning on adding a large meeting room to serve the community. In addition the town would like to bring the existing building up to the current energy codes, replace the roofing material and siding, add new bathrooms and upgrade existing plumbing and electrical.
