The work to be awarded consists of relining the existing well with a new gravel pack and new screens, developing the well using dual swabs, and performing a pump test and video inspection of the well. Engineer's Estimate: $285,588 On the outside of the envelope, the bidder shall indicate the project number, description of the bid and include the bidders return mailing address. Bid Security amount must equal 5 percent of the total amount of the Bid. A PDF of the Bid Security should be included in the bid documents. Bids utilizing cashier's checks or cash equivalent may not be submitted electronically. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. It is the responsibility of applicant to periodically check and obtain additional information that may be posted.
