Renovation of a fire / police facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
SLC Fire Station No. 1 Apparatus Bay Expansion The Work generally includes but is not limited to the following: This project is an approximately 860 SF addition to an existing apparatus bay at the Salt Lake City Fire Station 01. The addition includes the demolition of 01 existing exterior wall, relocating of four existing overhead doors, perimeter gates and fencing on site, as well as repaving of the driveway along with the relocating of an oil and sand separator on site. The installation of a training platform inside the truck bay and storefront windows on the newly constructed exterior wall are add alternates. OWNER assumes no obligation to disclose information discussed at the pre-bid conference to Bidders who do not attend. Absent Bidders assume all risk of failure to attend. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
