The Contractor will have 400 calendar days to complete the project The Contractor will conduct a punch list walk with the County no later than 30 calendar days prior to the expiration of the Contract Time There will be a $500 charge per calendar day for liquidated damages Intent to Bid Due Date: Jul 3rd 2025, 1:00 PM MDT Question Deadline 06/25/2025 at 1:00 PM MT QA -6/24/25: Existing roof is PVC, Sama-Fast Disc Applied. installation done by Clarks Quality Roofing in 2000 Asbestos will be removed by Contractor.
