Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Facilities Management invites your company to bid on project FAC121935 10th East Senior Center Remodel at 237 South 1000 East Salt Lake City, Utah 84102. The Contractor will have 400 calendar days to complete the project The Contractor will conduct a punch list walk with the County no later than 30 calendar days prior to the expiration of the Contract Time There will be a $500 charge per calendar day for liquidated damages Intent to Bid Due Date: Jul 3rd 2025, 1:00 PM MDT Question Deadline 06/25/2025 at 1:00 PM MT QA -6/24/25: Existing roof is PVC, Sama-Fast Disc Applied. installation done by Clarks Quality Roofing in 2000 Asbestos will be removed by Contractor.
