Nibley Golf Course Sinkhole Repair The construction contract will be awarded in compliance with the City's value-based procurement program which takes into account certain factors in the Bidder's work environment. OWNER assumes no obligation to disclose information discussed at the pre-bid conference to Bidders who do not attend. Absent Bidders assume all risk of failure to attend. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes but is not limited to excavation and compaction of native soils, demolition of an underground concrete structure in place and asphalt paving. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
