CONTRACTOR, at CONTRACTORS own cost and expense, shall perform all the work (Work) described in the Scope of Work attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference (Scope of Work), and shall furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, labor, materials, workmanship, transportation, and services necessary to perform and complete the Work, in a good and workmanlike manner and to the satisfaction ofthe Director of General Services of the COUNTY, or the Directors designee (Director), all in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. All Work shall be performed in a neat and professional manner using the best recognized practices of CONTRACTORS trade and profession in the State of California, and shall be accomplished by mechanics and workers skilled and trained to properly complete the Work.
