Cost Estimate: $350k to $425k Water System Improvements: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of a new waterline that includes excavation, backfilling, grading, valves, hydrants & appurtenances; new distribution system meter pits, service piping, meters & appurtenances; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Alternate No. 1 - Distribution System Meter Pits: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of new distribution system meter pits, excavation, backfilling, grading, supply piping, meters & appurtenances; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Alternate No. 2 - Bulk Water Loadout Station: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of new bulk water loadout station that includes existing bulk water loadout station demolition, equipment pits, excavation, backfilling, grading, supply piping, concrete work, electrical work, valves, meter pits, & appurtenances; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified.
