If needed, the City will issue an Addendum / Response to questions, requests for information, and inquiries no later than seven (7) days prior to SOQ Submission Date indicated in Section 2.1 Timeline. The City reserves the right to reject all SOQs not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, all SOQs upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
