Written requests for information can also be sent to the Medford Regional Water Reclamation Facility, Attn: John Vial, 1100 Kirtland Rd., Central Point, OR 97502. All telephonic, letters, emails, or other personal communications regarding this solicitation with members of the RFQ Selection Committee, City of Medford Staff or consultants or agents of the City during the selection process will not be responded to directly. If needed, the City will issue an Addendum / Response to questions, requests for information, and inquiries no later than seven (7) days prior to SOQ Submission Date indicated in Section 2.1 Timeline. For questions or additional information regarding selection, protests, and award of contract, please contact John Vial, Public Works Director in writing via email at Dan.Worth@cityofmedford.org. The City reserves the right to reject all SOQs not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, all SOQs upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public. Shortlist Confirmed.
