Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Central Point, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
SCOPE OF PROJECT: The work under this project includes all materials, labor, and equipment for a paving overlay of the Emigrant Lake Tent Campground The Jackson County personnel identified below is the only point of contact at Jackson County for inquiries related to this ITB unless modified by Addendum. Andrew Austill 7520 Table Rock Rd., Central Point, OR 97502 austilar@jacksoncountyor.gov 541-774-6231 Last Day to Submit Request for Change/Clarification March 7, 2025 The scope of the Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following: 1. Pavement overlay will consist of four (4) main camp loop roads, 40 campsite parking pads, two (2) ADA campsites and one (2) restroom parking areas. 2. Approximately 1,000 tons of asphalt will be needed for the 2" overlay using Level 1, 1/2 inch ACP with PG64- 22 Binder. 3. Campground will be closed from May 1 - May 15, 2025, to complete this work. The area will be completely closed off for the entire duration of the project
