Major work items include: replacement of water main and laterals, service connections to water main, fire hydrants, water system distribution valving and appurtenances, and surface restoration. Also includes various repair of STEP tank appurtenances (lids, risers, floats, splice boxes), replacement of existing STEP tanks, and site restoration. Following Notice to Proceed, a suspension of work will be issued until April 2025. The Contractor shall begin work at a mutually agreed upon day in April 2025 as approved in writing following award. The project will be completed within 140 days. Cost estimate range: $2,700,000 to $3,300,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal Technical questions regarding the scope of this project shall be put in writing and directed to the contact below.
