BP 3.0 - Structural Concrete & Rough Carpentry BP 5.0 - Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Details BP 8.0 - Doors & Hardware - Revised BP 8.2 - Overhead Coiling Doors BP 10.0 - Miscellaneous Specialties - Revised BP 11.0 - Equipment This project consists of the demolition of the existing administration building, construction of a permanent storage metal structure, renovation of the existing maintenance building and surrounding site work/ civil upgrades. The project will begin with underground Electrical and Mechanical infrastructure in Phase 1. Next in Phase 2 will be demolishing the existing Administration building in preparation for a newly paved employee parking lot, constructing two new infiltration galleries, and installing a gravity retaining wall at the grade change between the new parking lot and existing entrance. Following this work, in Phase 3 will be construction of the third and final large infiltration gallery, building the metal storage structure, and demolishing/replacing all existing hardscape of the east side bus tarmac. Finally, in Phase 4 we will take over the existing Intercity Transit maintenance building once Intercity Transit moves their maintenance team into the metal storage structure and begin to perform selective demo in preparation for a full remodel (MEP, Structural Upgrades, Interior/Exterior Finishes, Removal/Relocation of existing owner equipment, etc.) as well as replacing North and South existing heavy paving hardscape and associated landscaping.
