The work to be done under this contract will include supplying all materials, labour, supervision, construction planning, equipment, site trailer, storage, dumpster, material removal, construction heating, etc., necessary for the completion of the work that consists of: .1 Interior demolition of the St. Anselme Arena and associated ice plant including outdoor cooling tower. .2 Interior demolition of the Olympique ice plant. .3 Testing for subgrade frost and subsequent thawing as required. .4 Removal of subgrade material and fill with new material as specified. .5 Repairing or replacement of underground structural tie bars. .6 New underground heating piping and embedded ice slab piping. .7 Reconstruction of the St. Anselme ice and apron slabs. .8 New pre-cast concrete bleachers w/ embedded heating pipes, and platforms for the St. Anselme Arena. .9 Arena painting where specified. .10 Conversion of the old St. Anselme refrigeration room to a new locker space with showers. .11 Reconstruction of the Olympique ice plant. .12 Trenching from the Olympique ice plant to the St. Anselme Arena. .13 Electrical power and lighting upgrades. .14 BMS control upgrades. .15 Startup, testing, adjusting, balancing, commissioning, and training.
