Site work and paving for a civil project in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of the reconstruction of Ste-Thérèse Street, from Paul Street to Acadie Avenue, for an approximate length of 265 metres, as shown on the Project Drawings and specified in the Specifications. The work includes installation of a new storm and sanitary sewer infrastructure, including service laterals, catch basins, manholes, culverts, and associated video inspections and testing. The existing water main will be renewed, including service pipes, appurtenances, disinfection, and testing. The scope also includes the installation and renewal of fire hydrants, traffic control and construction phasing, full-road reconstruction including new gravel and asphalt, curb and gutter renewal, a new multi-purpose trail, grass boulevard reinstatement, line painting, and signage work. All surface features impacted by the work, including driveways and landscaping, will be reinstated to original or improved condition.
