The City of Dieppe is seeking the services of a qualified contractor for general asphalt patching of various streets. Question Deadline 02/25/2025 All requests for additional information, clarifications or instructions concerning the TENDER and the preparation of Bid submission must be sent IN WRITING (e-mail or letter) and received by the City of Dieppe Questions shall be submitted to: Nathaniel Robichaud Civil Engineering Technologist E-mail: nathaniel.robichaud@dieppe.ca Contractors are advised that time is of the essence in completing this work. The Contractor shall commence work no later than May 12th, 2025, or as directed by the Engineer. All portions of the work involving general asphalt patching on the Priority 1 streets shall be completed by June 27th, 2025. Priority 2 streets shall be completed by July 11th, 2025. Priority 3 streets shall be completed by August 1st, 2025. Municipal parking lots and multi-purpose trails shall be completed by August 18th, 2025. The completion dates may be extended at the discretion of the Engineer. Once the general patching is completed, the Contractor will be provided a work lists, each items on the list having a specified completion date. The work lists shall include asphalt patching of utility cuts, patching around municipal structures such as manholes, catch basins, valve boxes, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and other miscellaneous asphalt works.
