sealed bids for the construction work involved with the above listed project. The project is being bid a single prime contract: (1) General ConstructionConstruction of new unheated pole barn structure with (6) truck bays and heated office space with toilet room and mechanical space. The building shall be wood framed with trusses and concrete slab on grade. The construction shall include site improvement of the lot to accommodate vehicle and pedestrian access to the building. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or acceptable Sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner.
