Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project Description: This project includes the building of a new covered storage structure in the UVU Facilities Yard and the removal of two existing covered storage buildings and palleting and marking them to allow for erection at a later date by UVU. However, if the project Alternate is awarded they will be erected during the same project. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifictions.
