In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, Contractor providing all labor, material, equipment and project management for Rolling Door Maintenance and Repair, which includes semi-annual (twice a year) maintenance and as-needed maintenance repairs. The work shall include, but not be limited to, cleaning tracks, lubricating gears and rollers, inspecting and tightening hardware, inspecting rollers for cracks and chips, test balance, and performing safety tests. The work shall be located in the Presidio of Monterey (POM), and the City of Monterey. Engineers Estimate 145,000 Bids shall be valid for 90 Days after the bid opening date.
