The Project consists of the recoat/repair of a 100,000-gallon standpipe water storage tank. Question Deadline 10/30/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. This Contract is being funded in part with a SRF loan and procurement, SRF grant, ARC grant, and local funds, and will be subject to Division of Water (DOW) Procurement Guidance including the Davis-Bacon Act. The requirements of the American Iron and Steel Act apply to this Project. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act. This Project will be in compliance with Executive Order 11246 as amended. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders Doc note: Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
