Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Calimesa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
A bid summary will then be prepared and posted for three (3) days. Award of the Contract will be made during a subsequent meeting of the City Council. Contact Person: Mari Shakir, Public Works Director at pworks@calimesa.gov (909) 795-9801, ext. 235 Scope of Work The contract work for this project shall consist of the following: targeted demolition of including, but not limited to tile, gypsum board, restroom fixtures, and partitions; installation of restroom fixtures, partitions, tile, and gypsum board; minor concrete refinishing; lighting and electrical, plumbing modifications/installations; and other related items needed to support the renovation of a public restroom. This work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents and applicable regulations including the most current additions of the UBC, UPC and NEC. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City.
