The contract work for this project shall consist of providing COMPLETELANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the maintenance standards set forth in this specification. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, and supervision required to properly maintain the landscaped areas in an attractive condition throughout the terms of the contract. There will be a Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) assessment for each calendar day that work remains incomplete beyond the time stated in the Proposal Form. The City of Calimesa reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award each item separately, and/or waive any informality on any bid. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time set for the opening thereof.
