The City of Calimesa is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide comprehensive professional design services for the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing commercial building to serve as the City's new City Hall. Proposals must be prepared according to the requirements in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposers are responsible for reviewing the entire RFP and submitting all required information in the prescribed format. Failure to comply with the RFP requirements may result in the proposal being considered nonresponsive.
