Myers-Cherry Construction will receive subcontractor / supplier bids on behalf of the owner: Rogers County Youth Services, for the Plumbing & HVAC project Rebid BID PACKAGES: Bid Package 22A - Plumbing Bid Package 23A - HVAC For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a bid security in the form of a Cashiers Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, shall accompany the proposal of each bidder. For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a bid security in the form of a Cashiers Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, shall accompany the proposal of each bidder. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before the set time for bid openings, as well as bids received after the set time for bid openings, will not be considered and will be returned un-opened. The proposed project is located at 22100 South 4130 Road, Claremore, OK 74019. All site visits must be scheduled with MCC. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of at least 45 Days. Question Deadline 10/29/2024 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach Myers-Cherry Construction The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
