The Poland Township Trustees are requesting "Statement of Qualifications" from qualified firms to provide engineering services for the Cobbler's Run stormwater management system. Services include surveying, design engineering, general engineering services, and construction administration services for renovation of the Cobbler's Run stormwater management system in Poland Township. Statement of Qualifications should include information regarding the firm's: history; education and experience of the owners and key technical personnel; the technical expertise of the current staff; the firm's experience in designing and construction inspecting of similar projects; proximity to Poland Township; availability of staff; the firm's equipment and facilities; references; and any previous work performed for Poland Township (not a requirement). Upon receipt of the "Statement of Qualifications," it is the intent of the Poland Township Trustees to prepare a list of prequalified firms to provide engineering and/or architectural services. Evaluation of firms for inclusion on the prequalified list and notification and evaluation of firms for this project will be as required by Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.67-71. The Poland Township Trustees will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm or firms for the project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
