Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Poland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project consists of removing and installing a new catch basin at the same location of the existing catch basin, reconnecting two existing 15" inlet pipes, filling in existing 30" CMP outlet pipe with low strength mortar (LSM), installing a new higher in elevation 30" HDPE outlet pipe, and installing a "FLEXMAT" tied block concrete mat outfall channel. Project length is approximately 100'. All utilities in residential development are located underground, hand digging is anticipated. Plans, specifications and bidding forms can be obtained only from Thomas Fok & Associates, Inc. for a non-refundable fee for each set of Contract Documents and Drawings. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in bidding.
