The Project consists of construction improvements as follows: ERINWOOD LIFT STATION REHABILITATION This Advertisement for Bids is publicly posted on the Village of Granville website Document notes: Bidding Documents must be purchased from the Issuing Office by contacting Tamara Segieth by phone at 614-761-1661 or email at tsegieth@v3co.com. Bidding Documents are available to be e-mailed in portable document format (PDF) at a non-refundable charge of $30.00. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained for a nonrefundable payment of $50.00 plus a non-refundable fee of $10.00 for shipping. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's Date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations: Village of Granville: 141 East Broadway, Granville, Ohio 43023 V3 Companies, Ltd.: Contact Tammy Segieth; tsegieth@v3co.com Plans and Bidding Document copies may be viewed at online Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The bid form and all line items on the bid form must be completed in full. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. The Village of Granville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Granville.
