Each Bid Must Be Enclosed Individually in a Sealed Envelope Addressed to the Township of Moorestown, Attention: Municipal Clerk, and Marked on the Outside With Words: Bid: Water Meters and Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified or Cashier's Check in the Amount Not Less Than 10% of the Amount Bid, but Not Exceeding $20,000. All Bidders and the General Public Are Invited to Be Present for the Bid Openings. All Bids Must Be Submitted on the Prescribed Bid Forms. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27 (Affirmative Action Law) and N.j.s.a. 52:32-44 Et Seq. (Business Registration Act). The Township Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids, to Reject Any Bid or Bids Not Complying With This Notice, and to Waive Informalities of Any Bid or Bids if Such Waiver Be Deemed by the Township Council to Be Advantageous to the Township.
