As of February 10, 2025, an architect and construction manager have been selected. Construction bidding is expected to be in early 2026. Construction will start upon award. The City of Superior, Wisconsin is requesting proposals of qualifications for professional services from qualified firms for the construction management at risk (CMAR) services for two new fire stations. The City is seeking a firm with considerable experience with fire station builds specifically. Services will include construction management throughout the design, construction and start up phases. Deadline for Questions November 6, 2024, at 12:00PM The design phase is expected to begin December 1, 2024, and be completed by August 31, 2025
