The City of Superior, Wisconsin is requesting proposals from qualified firms to prepare construction documents for the City of Superior Public Library Sustainable Parking Lot Improvements project located at 1530 Tower Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin. Project deliveries include construction ready plans, specifications and construction estimate. Final plans and specifications to be delivered by April 1, 2025. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby notified to contact only members of the City of Superior Staff as identified within the bidding documents. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids/proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority-Owned, and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City of Superior is an equal opportunity employer.
